Our cloud based platform is the foundation for our SaaS applications. The impetus for the platform is a desire provide our customers with better way to bridge the gaps between HR systems and third-party service providers. Prior to OpenNotus, our customers had no choice but to use expensive, generic integration toolkits or attempt to manage a manual process.

Key Platform Features
Business Integration Connectors
All OpenNotus products have been architected with a philosophy of delivering rapid time to value. To deliver on this promise, we have developed the concept of Business Integration Connectors. BIC’s contain the business logic and rules used to interface with third party systems. BIC's are configured and managed by OpenNotus eliminating the need for you to manage changes introduced by third party service providers and ever changing government regulations.
Integrated Rules Engine
Our integrated rules engine uses the business logic and rules contained within a BIC to validate transactions and to manage the handshake with a third party system.
Real-time Integration
Our real-time integration capabilities include a full host of cloud integration technologies including SOA and SCA with a multitude of synchronous and asynchronous capabilities.
Content Management System
Full CMS capabilities allow us to offer data retention schedules consistent with our customers' policies. Integrated purge/archive capabilities automate the enforcement of data retention policies.
Scalability
Our cloud based infrastructure allows us to scale nearly infinitely to meet the needs of our customers. The roots of our underpinning technologies are in the financial services and telecommunications industry where is the ante to the game.
Security
Data in motion is always encrypted to ensure that it doesn’t get into the wrong hands. PGP and SFTP are used to protect your data. The standard complement of data protection procedures, including nightly backups and offsite tape storage, are in place. In addition, to further ensure the safety of your data, our data centers are SAS 70 Type II certified.
Reliability
OpenNotus manages its solutions for 99.9% uptime and have the ability to fail over to a redundant facility in the unlikely event of a major natural disaster.
